Dear ML Property Owners,

The Maple Lake – Lake Property Owner’s Association Board is inviting you to our Annual Membership meeting on Saturday May 2nd 2026. The meeting will be located in the west end training room of MP Technologies 9938 Hwy 55 NW, Annandale, MN 55302, Door A. Join us starting at 8:30 a.m. for registration and coffee. The meeting will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. Check the website for information.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide Maple Lake property owners an update on Association business. At the meeting, we will review the past year’s business and you will learn all about the Property Owner’s Association and the many things we are involved in.

Becoming a member is easy too! The only requirements are; you must own property on Maple Lake or have interest in the well being of Maple Lake and pay annual membership dues. There are many benefits of the membership. It supports the lake and is a supplement for the Association to continue to invest in improving the quality of the lake. By being a member you have the opportunity to receive discounts on goods and services from business partnerships of the Property Owner’s Association as well. These discounts often amount to more than the cost of membership. We will talk more about this at the meeting.

In closing, get a jump start on membership by paying your membership dues through our secure online payment portal on the home page of the MLLPOA’s website (maplelakepropertyowners.com), or by filling out the Membership Dues form and mailing it back to the address provided.

treasurer@maplelakepropertyowners.com prior to April 23rd to for the ‘26/’27 edition.
